Memphis Tennessee 2019

MO 67, Arcadia Valley, AR 135, AR 69, St Francis Sunken Lands State Wildlife Management Area, AR 63, Interstate 55, Memphis TNN

Came out of Missouri by the Arcadia Valley, beautiful country. Then came down into Arkansas rice country and the Sunken Lands area. If I was to do it again flying crop dusters would have been my passion. Landed at Bass Pro in Memphis for some riding down town..

On our first day we took our bikes over to Mud Island and checked out the Harbor Town Community, looks like a great place to live out your Golden Years. Also on the Mud Island Park is a great place to check out the Mississippi River map out in concrete with water and topographical feathers, towns and land marks, it worth a look for sure. After Mud Island we did Main Street Down town, trees and street cars was a great experience. After that Beale Street, looks like a big time with a pub-crawl after dark. Then back to the river front and on down to the River Bridge Trail, they say its the longest pedestrian bridge across the Mississippi River. Bridge and Trails where all in great shape. We road over twenty miles on our first day here in Memphis.
Second day we moved to the east side of Memphis and set out a cold front and rainy day.

  1. read your post about the gas furnace. I too found that it cycled for a few min every time annoying. My A/C friend and fellow RVer explained it cycled to heat the floor and the basement as the elec heat pump goes thru the ceiling. hope this helps. Pete, pbarno8336@aol.com
